Introducing to you our Managing Director and founder John.
John comes with some 38 years experience in the Building and Construction Industry and has been the recipient of over 40 Major Industry Awards and accolades.
John is a Licensed Builder, Engineering Surveyor and licensed Real Estate Professional.
His wealth of knowledge and experience in all land, building and development application is invaluable.
John's experience in Land Development, Design , Approvals Processes and Residential Building are superior and well known within the Industry.
John has a great personality and rapport with all whom he deals, and is known for his honest and forthright approach.
Introducing Ben our Construction Manager.
After beginning his apprenticeship with JMBS over 12 years ago, Ben has also won several awards for his skills and application.
Ben is a very knowledgeable construction manager and tradesman, co-ordinating all sites with clear and concise direction.
His attention to detail and delivery of product ensures the well established name of JMBS and his product is evident when seen.
Ben brings a wealth of skill and knowledge with him to each and every job and is highly respected within the Industry by all.
Welcoming our Interior Designer Chelsea.
Chelsea has been with the JMBS team for 7 years, and brings a qualification in Advanced Diploma in Interior Design and Decoration.
Chelsea guides all of our clients through the entire process from concept design to handover.
She also designs most of the award winning homes to suit the needs of our clients, and many of the house & land packages in which we offer.
Many of these homes have won multiple major Industry awards, from the talent of our Chelsea.
Kim Brown
Administration Manager
Introducing our Administration and Accounts Manager Kim.
The majority of the time this is the friendly voice you would hear on the other side of the phone.
Kim brings her kind and bubbly self to the office each day, dealing with all things administration and accounts.
She has been with us for over 6 years and manages the office extremely efficiently with a minimum of fuss.

Sean Godwin
Foreman
Introducing our senior tradesman and foreman Sean.
Sean is a recipient of Apprentice of the Year awards in carpentry, Joinery and Landscaping.
He is a very hard worker, and has learnt to be a very skilled and knowledgeable employee.
Sean has been with us since his first year of apprenticeship, and is now a qualified and experienced site foreman and exceptional carpenter.
We certainly appreciate all the hard work he brings with him on site every day..
Luke Davis
Apprentice Carpenter
Luke is a new staff member here at JMBS, and has fit in very well.
He is a very quick learner with loads of knowledge up his sleeve.
We are very pleased to have obtained such an employee like Luke.
We are excited for the many years ahead with Luke and the things he will learn throughout this time.
